Description: This project involved constructing a new three-story middle school for 1,500 students. This building has a concrete and steel frame on top of concrete footings. The exterior is made with cold-formed steel studs and masonry veneer. The grounds have a parking lot, improved storm-water management, new sidewalks, and artificial athletic turf. This project is also LEED® Gold Certified and won two awards for its design.
