Luis Puig Jr. started working for his father at an early age, learning every aspect of the construction business. Born and raised in Chicago, Luis Jr. witnessed firsthand how the construction industry could transform not only communities but also the lives of the people within them. Following in his father's footsteps, Luis set out to leave his own mark on ALL Masonry, enhancing its capabilities and driving innovation in the local and regional construction industry. After graduating from Bradley University in 1986 with a B.S. in Construction Engineering, Luis Jr. returned to the family business, taking on roles as an estimator, project manager, and other progressively senior positions. His dedication and expertise culminated in his appointment as President in 2015. Luis Jr.'s commitment to creating the top masonry contractor in Illinois has earned him numerous accolades. He has transformed the business to serve as a prime general contractor with construction management and design-build capabilities for large-scale projects, including affordable housing and real estate development. His dedication to engaging with and positively impacting the communities where his employees live reflect his vision, altruism, and capacity to drive the necessary change for sustainable environments.
