ENR 2023 Project of the year: CPD headquarters

We are pleased to announce that ALL Construction has been awarded the coveted Project of the Year award in ENR's 2023 Regional Best Projects Midwest category! Kudos to the Paschen ALL Joint Venture for their outstanding work on the Chicago Park District Headquarters. A testament to excellence in construction and collaboration!

We have been honored with an award from the Chicagoland Associated General Contractors for our outstanding community engagement on John Hancock College Prep High School. This recognition holds special significance as it was achieved through our joint venture with K.R. Miller Contractors. The project involved providing Design-Build services covering architectural, structural, and MEP/FP categories. ALL Construction Group managed environmental site remediation, site preparation, site development, utility work, and new building construction. Additionally, ALL Construction Group handled preconstruction services, general conditions/general requirements, and masonry work. 

 The Cubs are proud to announce II in One Contractors, Inc. and A.L.L. Masonry Construction Co., Inc. were named the team's recipients of Major League Baseball's 10th Annual Jackie Robinson Most Valuable Diverse Business Partner (MVDBP) Award. In recognition of the extraordinary contributions of Jackie Robinson, the MVDBP Award recognizes diverse business partners who reflect his character and commitment to excellence and continue to break barriers. The Cubs recognized these two exemplary businesses during the 2016 Jackie Robinson Day celebration at Wrigley Field.
