Imani Village topping out celebration

 On September 27th, we proudly celebrated the topping out of Imani Village, marking a significant milestone in the project’s progress. This event honors the dedication, skill, and hard work of the entire crew who made this achievement possible. Once completed in March, this state-of-the-art facility will proudly uphold the legacy of the Imani Village community, serving as a vibrant hub for the seniors of the 8th Ward. 

CHICAGOLAND ASSOCIATED GENERAL CONTRACTORS EXCELLENCE IN COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT AWARD

We have been honored with an award from the Chicagoland Associated General Contractors for our outstanding community engagement on John Hancock College Prep High School. This recognition holds special significance as it was achieved through our joint venture with K.R. Miller Contractors. The project involved providing Design-Build services covering architectural, structural, and MEP/FP categories. ALL Construction Group managed environmental site remediation, site preparation, site development, utility work, and new building construction. Additionally, ALL Construction Group handled preconstruction services, general conditions/general requirements, and masonry work.
