Today we celebrated the ribbon cutting of the newly completed Imani Village Senior Residence, marking a major milestone in the transformative, community-driven Imani Village development. Designed as a sustainable, intergenerational “green” community that empowers underserved residents of Pullman and surrounding neighborhoods, Imani Village brings together housing, wellness, economic opportunity, education, and cultural enrichment in one holistic environment. The new five-story residence at 9621 S. Cottage Grove Ave. adds 70 affordable homes, including 60 one-bedroom and 10 two-bedroom units, designed to support independent senior living. With rents ranging from $214 to $1,140 and units serving residents at 15%, 30%, and 60% AMI, the project expands equitable access to safe, stable housing. Supported by $13.9 million in DOH financing, the development aligns with Mayor Johnson’s ongoing commitment to grow Chicago’s affordable housing stock.

We have been honored with an award from the Chicagoland Associated General Contractors for our outstanding community engagement on John Hancock College Prep High School. This recognition holds special significance as it was achieved through our joint venture with K.R. Miller Contractors. The project involved providing Design-Build services covering architectural, structural, and MEP/FP categories. ALL Construction Group managed environmental site remediation, site preparation, site development, utility work, and new building construction. Additionally, ALL Construction Group handled preconstruction services, general conditions/general requirements, and masonry work.
