Humboldt Park Health Wellness Center

Owner: Humboldt Park Health

Location:  2933 W. Division St. Chicago, IL 

Description:  This project was designed to provide comprehensive wellness services to neighborhood residents in a modern and sustainable environment. The primary objectives included creating a state-of-the-art wellness facility equipped with advanced medical technology, implementing eco-friendly construction practices, and adhering to a well-structured timeline for timely completion. The project scope encompassed stormwater management, shallow foundations, and a structural steel building structure wrapped in a facade consisting of a glazed curtainwall, perforated metal panels, and a prismatic rainscreen system. ALL Construction Group self-performed masonry (brick/CMU), insulation, carpentry, drywall, acoustical ceilings, and doors and hardware. In addition to being the General Contractor on the project. The project set new standards in modern construction and healthcare, leaving a lasting positive impact on the Humboldt Park area.

Northwestern Old Irving Park

Northwestern Old Irving Park

Location: 4447 Irving Park Rd. Chicago, IL

Description: The project entails constructing a new Northwestern

Outpatient Care Center in Irving Park, consisting of a

four-story building with 350 parking spots. ALL

Construction Group has been assigned the

responsibility for the masonry work in this venture.

The scope of this project includes installing 4,700

square feet of 2" Limestone for both interior and

exterior applications. Additionally, a Granite Base will

be put in place. Moreover, 18,500 square feet of

Shildan Terra Cotta will be utilized.

John Hancock College Prep

John Hancock College Prep

Owner: Public Building Commission 

 Architect: Urban Works, Legat Architects, Inc.  

Location: 5437 W. 64th PL, Chicago, IL, 60638  

Description: This project is a joint venture with K.R. Miller Contractors, Inc. that requires the design and construction of John Hancock College Preparatory High School. The new school has a StormTrap modular concrete storm water management system that manages and controls the volume and discharge timing of storm water runoff. ALL Construction Group also performed environmental site remediation, site preparation, new building construction, site development, and utility work. The school will have a gymnasium with a stage, a dedicated black box theater, and multipurpose rooms to support CTE, STEM, and STEAM programming.

ALTGELD LIBRARY & FAMILY RESOURCE CENTER

Altgeld Library & Family Resource Center

 

Owner: Chicago Housing Authority

Architect: KOO Architecture

Location: 955 E. 131st Street, Chicago, IL, 60827

Description: ALL Construction Group is constructing a two-level library, day care center, and community space in the Altgeld Gardens neighborhood in Chicago. This building and site design are currently pursuing a gold certification under LEED Version 4. The building will seek to obtain this status via a storm water management system, heat island reduction, enhanced building commissioning, and many other energy conservation measures. The project is funded through various sources including new market tax credits. It is currently in progress and is on track to finish in 2020.

Will County Courthouse

Location: 100 W. Jefferson St., Joliet, IL, 60432

Description: The new Justice Center is a 10-story limestone rain-screen system which is installed over a Gridworx, aluminum grid system. The building will include 28 courtrooms upon opening and will accommodate 38 courtrooms long term.  The exterior of the building is made out of 80,000 sq. ft. of limestone that runs on a Gridworx grid system. The new Justice Center aims to transform public perception of justice as open and inviting as well as transparent and accessible to all in the community. ALL Construction Group completed all work from the substrate out including the air and vapor barrier system, grid system, insulation, and stone.
