John Hancock college Prep

Owner: Public Building Commission 

 Architect: Urban Works, Legat Architects, Inc.  

Location: 5437 W. 64th PL, Chicago, IL, 60638  

Budget: $75,658,605  

Description: This project is a joint venture with K.R. Miller Contractors, Inc. that requires the design and construction of  John Hancock College Preparatory High School. The new school has a StormTrap modular concrete storm water management system that manages and controls the volume and discharge timing of storm water runoff. ALL Construction Group also performed environmental site remediation, site preparation, new building construction, site development, and utility work. The school will have a gymnasium with a stage, a dedicated black box theater, and multipurpose rooms to support CTE, STEM, and STEAM programming.

Wrigley feild

 Owner: Chicago Cubs Baseball Club, LLC

Architect: Stantec, Populous

Location: 1060 W. Addison St., Chicago, IL, 60613

Budget: $7,232,962.79

Description: ALL Construction Group proudly provided renovation and new construction services for Wrigley Field from October 2015 thru October 2018. We successfully completed phases 2-6 during this period. The phases included the following scope:

Phase 2 Wrigley Field Renovations & Historic Caretaker’s House-10/2015-4/2016
• CMU & Brick construction
• Brick salvage and restoration
• Reinstallation of historic salvaged bricks to exterior facade
• Building Expansion Joint Assemblies

Phase 3 Pedestrian Plaza (Gallagher Park) & Field Wall Renovations-10/2016-04/2017
• Architectural Precast walls/stages
• Brick & Stone Clad Masonry Planters
• Architectural Cast Stone Fountain Feature
• Selective demolition, salvage, and reinstallation of Baseball Field Wall Bricks
and stone copings

Phases 4-6 Wrigley Field Stadium Renovations – 10/2017-10/2018
• New masonry construction at clubhouse, concourse, mezzanines, and suite
levels
• Architectural think brick construction at all renovated owner and fan suites
• Glazed block wall construction at renovated restrooms
• New construction of CMU block wall passenger elevators
• New brick wall and clay tile coping for new fan ticket booths

Altgeld Library & family resource center

 

Owner: Chicago Housing Authority

Architect: KOO Architecture

Location: 955 E. 131st Street, Chicago, IL, 60827

Budget: $23,972,995.57

Description: ALL Construction Group is constructing a two-level library, day care center, and community space in the Altgeld Gardens neighborhood in Chicago. This building and site design are currently pursuing a gold certification under LEED Version 4. The building will seek to obtain this status via a storm water management system, heat island reduction, enhanced building commissioning, and many other energy conservation measures. The project is funded through various sources including new market tax credits. It is currently in progress and is on track to finish in 2020.

Will county Courthouse

 

Owner: Will County Board

Architect: Wight & Company

Location: 100 W. Jefferson St., Joliet, IL, 60432

Budget: $8,694,478

Description: The new Justice Center is a 10-story limestone rain-screen system which is installed over a Gridworx, aluminum grid system. The building will include 28 courtrooms upon opening and will accommodate 38 courtrooms long term.  The exterior of the building is made out of 80,000 sq. ft. of limestone that runs on a Gridworx grid system. The new Justice Center aims to transform public perception of justice as open and inviting as well as transparent and accessible to all in the community. ALL Construction Group completed all work from the substrate out including the air and vapor barrier system, grid system, insulation, and stone.
